For me, dance is about dropping the stress and just letting loose. Doesn't matter if you've never danced before or if you know all the moves. My classes are for anyone who wants to leave their worries at the door and just move. The main goal? Have fun, sweat a little (or a lot), and walk out feeling lighter.

Mix of Beats, Mix of Moves

We don't just stick to one style. Each session is a mashup with Zumba Fitness, Bollywood-inspired workouts, and my own local twist - namma (our) Kannada and Tamil tracks that bring a different kind of josh (energy) to the floor. I keep it fresh, so you'll never catch us doing the same routine over and over.

How You Can Join

  • In-person group dance workouts in Bangalore give you that real community buzz. Laugh, mess up, and dance together - that's the vibe.
  • Online dance fitness classes for those who like working out from home but still want the same energy. I also sneak in some HIIT and ab work here and there so it's a proper workout.

Try Aqua Zumba sessions with me and Anjali. It's literally a dance party in the pool - easy on the knees but still a killer for cardio. Plus, it's just plain fun.

My Story

Been at this fitness thing for years, not just me, my wife Anjali too. She dropped from 97 to 61 kilos, won ICN Bangalore—honestly, she’s the real champ. Our daughter Laura joins in sometimes, full family vibe. We sweat together, laugh together. Fitness ain’t just a gig for me, it’s our life, our crew. Push your limits, make it count, that’s my mantra. One life, so why not go all in?
