Our classes mix real-life self-defense techniques from Taekwondo with solid fitness routines. Expect drills that get you moving - kicks, punches, footwork, and blocks, plus lots of pushups (Push up maadbeku!
). We make you sweat, but you’ll also laugh, learn, and sometimes, struggle a bit. That's how confidence comes - not overnight, but step by step.
Our coaches are internationally certified and actually care. Sessions include sparring (Kyorugi
) in full safety gear, so you get to test skills in a safe way. We focus on discipline, but we’re not scary strict - you’ll get encouragement, respect, and a bit of Namma Karnatakadalli
(our Karnataka) spirit every class.

My Work
All Types of Taekwondo Training - We teach Kyorugi, Poomsae coaching (Bengaluru style), Freestyle Taekwondo sessions, fitness training, and self-defense. Kids, adults, everyone welcome.
Competitive & Championship Prep - Our Taekwondo competition training is for those who want to win medals at state, inter-school, or national events. We make champions.
