At Indian Athletic Academy, we put in the hard work. Early mornings, tough sessions, those days when you just want to quit - we’ve all been there. Our motto? Try, fail, try again, fail better. That’s how real progress happens.

How We Train

No shortcuts, only real work.

  • Strength and conditioning for athletes: squats, deadlifts, all the heavy stuff
  • Agility and speed training: ladders, cones, hurdles, plus sandpit and hill sprints
  • Power drills: plyometrics, box jumps
  • Personalized fitness coaching for one-on-one attention
  • We mix technique, safety, and a bit of masti (fun) so it doesn’t feel like punishment

Where We Train

Two spots in Bengaluru:

  • Our gym in Kumaraswamy Layout - all the gear for serious strength
  • Kitturu Rani Chennamma Stadium in Jayanagar for track and sprint action

What Matters

We back our para-athletes every day. Here, kannu kaanade idru saadhanege kammi illa (even if you can’t see, there’s no limit to what you can achieve). It’s all about attitude and effort.

My Story

Roshan here, but honestly, Indian Athletic Academy is bigger than just me. It’s Vikram pushing para-athletes, Kishon and Dom making everyone sweat, and our whole crew. We’ve seen Divya go from street cricket to the Indian team, Ganga win medals though she’s blind. She said, ‘naavu blind aadru kooda... namge protsaaha needidralla’ (Even though we are blind, they encouraged us). That’s why we do what we do. Limits? Just in your head. If you’ve got the fire, we’ll help you fail, fail better, and finally win.

My Work

What we train - Personal and group coaching in Athletics, Para-Athletics, Cricket, Gym & Fitness, Flag Football, Kabaddi. All ages, all levels.

Training style - Hardcore off-season athletic training - run long, lift heavy. On-season is lighter, focused on power and agility.

Para athlete coaching - Dedicated support for athletes with disabilities. We help para-athletes compete and win, no bhedbhav (no difference).

Inclusive sports academy - From kids to pros, everyone’s welcome. We’re not just trainers, we’re your team.
