I’m Harshaa. I don’t believe in boring workouts or chasing some “skinny” ideal. My group classes are about showing up, sweating, and vibing together. If you’re looking for a space where you can laugh, mess up steps, and still get stronger, you’ve found it.

What’s On the Dance Floor

  • Weekday DanceFit: Four to five evenings a week, I lead Bollywood-inspired group workouts in Koramangala. The moves are high-energy, the playlists are pure bangers, and honestly, the sweat is real.
  • Saturday Surprises: Every weekend is something different—could be a dance battle, partner drills, or a session that’s more chill. You’ll never guess what’s next.
  • The Bravo Tribe: If lifting weights isn’t your thing, this community dance fitness session mixes DanceFit, HIIT, and a bit of Yoga. It’s perfect for boosting stamina and just feeling alive.

The Real Deal

Some days you’ll feel like skipping. I get it. Ab sab din toh Instagram feed jaisa nahi hota na! (Not every day is like an Instagram feed!) It’s normal to struggle. We talk about that, too. No fake “all good vibes only” here.

My Story

So, I’m 34 now. Not gonna lie, life’s messy but it’s mine. Made some wild choices, some good, some straight-up ‘kya soch raha tha?’ (what was I even thinking?) moments. But hey, I’m still here, still moving. I live for dance, I teach it, I move because it feels right. Had a rough patch with a shoulder injury, but quitting? Nah, not my style. I find strength in adventure too - Spiti bike trip changed me. I try to stay soft, share my light, and keep it real.
