I’m Punam, and I don’t believe in shortcuts or 2-minute “Maggi recipe” fixes for health. If you’re a woman, especially a new mom, you’ve probably heard bahut log bolte hai 'tumse na hopayega' (many say 'you can't do it'). I’ve been there and trust me, karnesehoga (it’ll happen if you show up). No fake promises here - just honest, steady progress.

My Story

Hey, I'm Punam. Fitness coach, yes, but maa first! After my delivery, man, I was wiped out - brain fog, zero energy, no social life. My 'Apni MA ka Lal' keeps me on my toes, draining and charging me up daily. Life’s family, food, fitness, travel - all mixed up. Had to learn to put myself first, not easy, but worth it.
