I stick to science-backed methods, not fads. With a Master’s in Kinesiology, I understand what your body needs and how to keep you safe. As a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, I can work with you if you have diabetes, high BP, or need post-rehab support. For those after more muscle and function, my CSCS certification kicks in. I always look at the whole picture, so nutrition and mindset aren't left out.

I pay extra attention to adults over 40 and seniors. If you want to move better, stand straighter, or just keep up with the grandkids, my virtual strength training for seniors is safe, supportive, and never boring.
Just an internet connection, some basic stuff like dumbbells or resistance bands, and the will to show up. I adapt workouts to whatever gear you have. Your hard work, my know-how, and we'll get you there.

Science Based Training - With my kinesiology background, I explain every move and use simple gear like resistance bands for safe, smart workouts.
