My Story

I’m Aarja. Been through the whole cycle - cutting sugar, waking up at 5am, thinking fruit juice was magic. Cheat days? Oh, they became cheat weekends. Tried to be 'healthy' but just ended up tired and bloated. Then I figured, it’s not about punishment. It’s about finding a strategy that works for me.
