I know how it feels to be stuck, promising yourself you'll start tomorrow. I've worked with so many women who felt defeated by fad diets and advice that just doesn’t fit real life. With holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching, I help you build yourself from the ground up, not chase quick fixes.

Busting Myths & Keeping It Real

  • No need for detox teas - your liver and kidneys do that. Drink pani (water), sleep well, eat real food.
  • You don’t have to quit rice or ghee. Dal-chawal and chapati-sabzi? Bilkul theek hai (totally fine). We work on portion and timing, not banning home food.
  • PCOS or thyroid? You can lose weight. It’s about hormone balance coaching, stress, sleep - not just exercise.
