Honestly, the treadmill’s not for everyone. Cardio Tennis at our academy is different - you’re moving, hitting, chasing, and laughing. It’s a group tennis workout where you forget you’re exercising because you’re too busy having a blast.

What to Expect on Court

From the moment you step out, it’s nonstop. I keep the drills quick and the music loud. You’ll hear me yell “Fast, fast!” and maybe a “Ball nodi!” (Look at the ball!) or “Left hand up maadi!” (Keep your left hand up!) in between. We mix English and Kannada naturally, so everyone’s in the game, no matter what language you’re comfy with.

Who Fits In Here

You don’t need to be a tennis pro, just ready to move and have fun. Our high-intensity tennis training is open to all adults, any fitness level. Got more women in your group? We run special Ladies Cardio Tennis sessions for a supportive space.

Not Just Fitness

While you’re sweating, I can’t help but coach. You’ll get real-time tennis tips as we go - small corrections for better shots and more confidence, all packed into your tennis cardio session.
