At Elite Squad Gymnastics Academy, we’re more like a big family than just a gym. You’ll see parents, kids, and coaches cheering for each other, whether it’s a tiny tumble or a medal-winning routine. We want anyone—toddlers, teens, adults, future champs—to find their place here.
Our Belief
Gymnastics is tough, but that’s the point. It’s not just about flips or medals. We focus on building real strength, mental focus, and confidence. If you’re ready to work hard, you’ll find out how much you can really do.
Our Programs
- Recreational gymnastics classes for all ages. Fitness, fun, and basics come first—think games, balance drills, and learning how to move.
- Gymnastics for toddlers: lots of jumping, rolling, and foam block fun.
- Competitive gymnastics coaching for those who want to train harder, compete at state or national levels, and maybe even represent India one day.
- Artistic gymnastics training for boys and girls (all the usual apparatus) and aerobic gymnastics for high-energy routines.
How We Train
We’re big on nailing the basics—handstands, cartwheels, bridges—before getting fancy. Every session blends strength, flexibility (Sunday’s “Flexible Day” is a hit), and technique. Coaches are hands-on, and we mix in group meditation for mental focus.

Summer camps, our own city-wide competitions, and a lot of community fun—this is what keeps everyone coming back.
