I’m all about making fitness something you actually look forward to, not dread. At DTown, it’s more like a party than a workout. We mix movement, music, and that jalwa (splendour) vibe, so you can just let go and le le mazaa le (enjoy it).
If you want to burn calories but can’t stand boring routines, our dance-based cardio workouts will get you moving. We blend energetic choreography with fitness moves, and our Bollyfit sessions are a big hit - think of them as Bollywood fitness classes, where you sweat to filmy beats and just have fun.
Age, shape, background - none of that matters here. I keep yoga open to all, whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been on the mat forever. My focus is on helping you build strength, flexibility, and that peaceful mind, with group morning sessions and personal training if you want extra support.
Sometimes you just need to chill. I run holistic wellness workshops, like Full Moon Sound Meditation, where you get to relax and recharge with others. It’s a good space to connect and feel supported.
My studio’s got all the gear - floors, mirrors, sound system - but it’s the people that make it. No stress if you’re not a pro; I’ve seen plenty start unsure and end up owning their moves. Just show up, and aayega aayega (it’ll come) with time and practice.
