For me, fitness isn’t just about sweating it out or chasing trends. It’s about finding that one hour in your day where you feel free and strong, and maybe even a bit happier. My classes aren’t about perfection or punishment - they’re built around real movement that you can actually stick to.

What You Get

I’ve mixed up the weekly schedule so there’s something for every mood. Whether you’re here for dance-based group exercise, want to push yourself with HIIT circuit training, or need that calm from yoga for flexibility, you’ll find your groove.

  • Dance Fitness: High-energy beats, full-body cardio, pure majā (fun). No boring reps, just moving and laughing.
  • HIIT: Short, intense circuits. You’ll pakka (definitely) feel the burn and see stamina grow.
  • Power Yoga: Strength meets stillness. Focused breathwork and stability for better posture and energy.
  • Fusion Flow Yoga: No rules, just intuitive moves. Perfect if you want to stretch and express yourself.

The Real Vibe

Honestly, some days you’ll feel pumped, some days not so much. That’s normal. What matters is showing up and doing what you can. It’s a community thing here - we cheer for each other and celebrate small wins. You’ll meet folks who get it and maybe find your fitness squad. My Story

Namaskara! We’re Divya and Deepti, sisters and founders of DivnDee. Four years back, just four students, now there’s 150+ dancing with us. Our mom sometimes joins in – she’s the OG inspiration. For us, dance is as comforting as bisi bisi masala dose on a Sunday. We teach, laugh, struggle, and celebrate together. This place is more than a studio, it’s our second home. Our Kannadiga roots run deep, and we’re all about sharing that joy.

My Work

Dance and Fitness Classes - We teach Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Semi-Classical, Bollywood, Freestyle, Dance Fitness, Power Yoga, Fusion Flow Yoga, HIIT.

Event Choreography - We do Bollywood choreography for events, Sangeet, and special occasions.

Our Teaching Style - We break down moves, keep it fun, and focus on progress. Mistakes are part of the game.

Kids & Parents - Dance builds discipline, fitness, and confidence. Stage performance will come – enjoy the journey first.

Adults Welcome - No age limit! Many adults start or restart with us. Passion and consistency matter most.

Fitness Matters - Dance needs strength and stamina, so we offer HIIT and Yoga to support your dance journey.
