How We Approach Renovation

We go way beyond just giving things a new coat of paint. Our thinking is rooted in sustainability - we’re always looking to restore, repurpose, reuse, reduce, and retrofit. Whether it’s a warehouse that needs a second life or a heritage home craving a comeback, we’re up for the challenge.

Example: Warehouse to Co-Living Space

Take our "Earthen Spirit" project. We turned a dead warehouse near the tech parks into a buzzing home. Added an open terrace, cafeteria, gym - the works. Used Mangalore tiles with glass bits on the roof, so the light inside keeps changing all day. Built a double-height staircase that totally changed the vibe. It’s proof that warehouse to co-living conversion isn’t just a trend, it actually works.

Soul in the Materials

We’re big on reclaimed building materials. Old doors, windows, frames, even grills from demolished homes get a second life in our spaces. Not everything is shiny and new, but that’s the beauty - every detail has a history. That’s what makes our adaptive reuse projects stand out.
