About

Progress, not perfection, is what drives me in karate and in life. Every session is a reminder that setbacks are just part of moving forward. I’ve learned (and am still learning) that this is a life-long journey. If you’re looking to get stronger inside your head as well as your body, you’ll fit right in.

What Training Looks Like

  • We follow Budokon Karate classes, blending traditional forms with practical self-defense skills you can actually use.
  • Classes cover:
    • Kata (movement patterns), including traditional weapon kata like Nunchaku. I actively compete here and share that experience.
    • Kumite (sparring) to learn real timing and control.
    • Conditioning drills for strength and agility.
    • Self-defense - not just theory, but actual blocks, throws, and attacks for real life.

For All Ages

  • Kids? They get to fly over obstacles and learn through fun games.
  • Adults? More structured training, but always with room for personal growth.
  • Everyone can see their progress with the KYU Grading system.

My Approach

  • I’m a 5th Dan Black Belt, national competitor, and official referee.
  • I stick to "I never lose. Either I win or I learn."
  • Discipline here means consistency, not harshness. We show up, do the work, and improve together.

My Story

People see the yoga teacher, the Karateka, but me? I’m just a dad, a husband first. My son, Yugan, he’s my thangame (my gold), keeps me on my toes – boss of the house now! Lost my Amma, her memory hits hard, but she’s still my strength. This whole healing thing, it’s for her, for my family. I’m chasing that S I L E N C E inside, and I’m grateful to share it with anyone who walks in.

My Work

Yoga, Sound Healing, Pilates, Karate - I offer Hatha yoga for beginners, Vinyasa, Chair yoga for seniors, sound healing, pilates, and Karate. Sessions for individuals, groups, and companies.

Healing with Sound - Certified in singing bowl sound therapy - space cleansing, cellular detox, and deep relaxation. Sound is magic, truly.

Karate & Movement - I teach Karate classes in Bangalore for kids and adults. Discipline, strength, and learning from every loss, that’s our way.

Our Philosophy - Progress over perfection. We move slow, steady, inward. It’s about finding your own peace and strength.
