I’m not here to turn you into a gym robot. For me, fitness is about chasing that “fully-alive” feeling - you know, that rush after a workout where you feel like the main character of your own story. We’re building habits that stick, not quick fixes. Some days you’ll feel like a boss, other days not so much. Both are totally normal.

How We Roll

  • It’s your journey. I’m just here to help you find what feels good.
  • Mindful strength training is my jam - we blend lifting and yoga for that strong body, clear mind combo.
  • I trained for my first 10k scared out of my wits, so trust me, I know what starting out feels like. If running’s your thing, I’ve got beginner running guidance that won’t leave you broken.
  • We work wherever suits you - gym in Bangalore, your home, online, or outdoors if you want fresh air. I keep it flexible with workout plans that fit your life.

What to Expect

  • You’ll learn to listen to your body, not punish it.
  • We mix up yoga, weights, stretching and chill time - no boring, copy-paste routines.
  • Holistic fitness coaching means we tackle stress and mental clarity, not just biceps.

My Story

Hey! I’m Damini from Bangalore. Life for me is about moments—good food, travel, and my two little furry managers, Pari and Benne. Paris was always my dream, and I finally made it. But, not gonna lie, this year’s been tough. Lost my cat, felt lost myself. Movement kinda saved me, even when I had to do it scared. I’m all about chasing that main character vibe, one step at a time.
