I’m Radhika, and what you find in our Rosemary & al. pantry line is straight from our Coorg estates to your kitchen shelf. Every bottle has a bit of my family’s story in it - the river breeze, the monsoon, the stubborn old coconut trees. This isn’t just about food, it’s about keeping old ways alive.

What I Make

  • Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil: Made from our own coconuts, with no chemicals. Smells like home, tastes like the real deal.
  • Small Batch Estate Honey: Our bees wander through coffee blossoms, and you can actually taste it. No sugar, nothing watered down.
  • Artisanal Preserves & Pickles: I mix up fruits and herbs for flavours like Strawberry & Rosemary or Mulberry & Lime. The Mushroom Pickle and Pork Pickle are pure Coorg - loads of hand-pounded spice.
  • For the Pork Lovers: Rosemary & Garlic Lard, and Bacon Jam. Both are pretty addictive, ngl (not gonna lie).

The Kodava Soul

  • Kachampuli: Dark, tangy vinegar – if you know Pandi Curry, you know why this matters.
  • Mudaré Kanni: Smoky, horsegram sauce, slow-cooked for two days. Proper comfort food.
  • Baimbalé Kanni: Fermented bamboo shoot curry, only during the rains. It’s got that monsoon vibe.

Why It’s Different

My Story

Hey, we’re Uttam and Radhika, the heart and hands behind Curly Sue Pork. Our food is our ode to Coorg, where family and nature rule the day. Uttam’s got hospitality in his blood, I’m all about mixing up flavours and science. Most of our spices and herbs? Straight from our own Uttam Sagar Estate by the Kaveri. We grow it, press it, cook it – it’s a lot, but it’s what makes every bite taste like home.

My Work

Artisanal Pork & Veg/Vegan Dishes - We do pork: Kodava Pandi Curry, Kerala Pork Ularthiyathu, pulled pork, vindaloo, meatloaf, chili. Plus pickles, bacon jam, sausages, DIY burger kits, and estate produce.

Slow Cooking, Big Flavour - We let our food simmer for hours. It’s not fast food, it’s patient, full-flavour food.

Estate Grown Goodness - Herbs and hand-pounded spices come straight from our Coorg estate. No chemicals, just pure, natural stuff.

Veg/Vegan That Hits Different - Love kummu (mushrooms) as much as pork! Try our caramelised oyster mushroom burger or BBQ pulled mushroom.
