Pilates is not just a fitness trend for me - it's how I help people move better and feel at home in their bodies. My sessions are never one-size-fits-all. I explain the 'why' behind every movement so you can really tune into your own body. Expect a mix of science, a bit of trial and error, and a lot of listening to what your body actually needs.

My Story

Folks walk in, thinking Pilates is just for women or a last-ditch effort for pain, but nah, it’s for anyone wanting to feel good in their own skin. I started Crafted Pilates because I get how women’s bodies change - postpartum, menopause, all that jazz. Here, you’re heard. I want you to build real strength, not just shrink yourself. It’s about feeling energetic and confident, not chasing skinny.
