Group Reformer classes here aren’t about hiding in the back - everyone’s got their own Reformer machine, and the vibe is always friendly, never intimidating. Usually, it’s just 2-5 people in a session, so you get plenty of attention from the instructor. I mix things up with accessories - sometimes you’ll be squeezing a Magic Circle, other times it’s all about stability balls.
I always say, your core is the 'hub' - everything connects there. When we work those deep muscles, your body just starts lining up right. That’s why so much of what we do targets core strength, not just abs but all those hidden stabilisers too.
Honestly, if you’re thinking about joining, don’t stress if you’re new. We’ve got a strong focus on Pilates for beginners group class, so you’ll learn the ropes without feeling lost. If you’re already a Reformer machine workout session regular, I’ll dial up the challenge with spring resistance and new moves.
The studio’s got big mirrors, forest wall art, and loads of natural light. Feels modern but not cold - more like a space where you can actually relax and focus.
