For me, Strongman training is all about where your head's at. Yes, we chase records and big lifts, but it all comes down to how tough you are in the mind. Hanuman Ji's blessings give me the drive to keep going even when things get tough.
I see Strongman as more than just being able to deadlift a crazy amount. You need to be quick, stay sharp, and have a heart that refuses to quit. You’re training to handle anything thrown at you, not just look strong.
I've helped everyone from pro athletes to school kids. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or already experienced. Discipline and hunger matter most. If you have that “naa beda anta helalla” (I won't say I can't) mindset, you’ll fit right in.
It’s not easy. Injuries will happen; I’ve trained through my share of pain. But we learn to listen to our body without letting it stop us. Mental toughness in strength sports is what keeps you moving on those “no mood” days.
