For me, Strongman training is all about where your head's at. Yes, we chase records and big lifts, but it all comes down to how tough you are in the mind. Hanuman Ji's blessings give me the drive to keep going even when things get tough.

What Strongman Means Here

I see Strongman as more than just being able to deadlift a crazy amount. You need to be quick, stay sharp, and have a heart that refuses to quit. You’re training to handle anything thrown at you, not just look strong.

Who This is For

I've helped everyone from pro athletes to school kids. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or already experienced. Discipline and hunger matter most. If you have that “naa beda anta helalla” (I won't say I can't) mindset, you’ll fit right in.

How We Train

  • Technique first, always. Before we go heavy, we get the basics right for real, lasting strength and to avoid injuries.
  • We cover everything: lifting, food, rest, and how to push through hard days.
  • I walk the talk. I compete, I struggle, and I bring that energy to every session.
  • We tackle real strongman event training - Atlas Stone workout, Yoke Walks, Axle Bar lifts, and more.

The Real Side

It’s not easy. Injuries will happen; I’ve trained through my share of pain. But we learn to listen to our body without letting it stop us. Mental toughness in strength sports is what keeps you moving on those “no mood” days.

My Story

My journey started on my mother’s waist, and now, strength is my identity. Powerlifting is not just medals for me, it’s respect, it’s glory. But my real power? Comes from faith. I’m a Hanuman bhakt, I believe Mahadev called me to Kashi, Prayagraj, Ayodhya. Sab kuch usi ka hai, main toh sirf ek saadhan hoon (Everything is His, I’m just an instrument). Awards, records, all blessings. Surrender ego, find strength.
