I see clay as more than just mud - it’s a way to tell your story. At Clay Station, you’ll find a mix of people, from total newbies to those dreaming of a career in ceramics. Everyone’s got their own reason for joining, and that’s kinda the best part.
Try It Out or Go All In
If you just want to see what pottery feels like, our beginner and taster sessions are chill. There’s the one-day ‘Rendezvous with Clay’ if you’re curious, or our full beginner courses in hand-building and wheel throwing workshops for those ready to dive deeper. Sometimes we run workshops just for making miniatures - fun, quick, and very satisfying.
For the Serious Clay Buffs
If you want to really get into it, our 4.5-month foundation program is where you’ll learn everything - from mixing glazes and understanding clay to making your own bowls, mugs, and even trying out sgraffito (basically, doodling on clay). We keep it flexible with weekday and weekend batches.
Level Up Your Skills
Already know a bit? We’ve got advanced workshops for stuff like sculpting faces, slip casting, or making teapots. Our ceramic hand-building classes go beyond basics, so you can refine your own style.
Celebrate Your Work
When you finish a big course, you get to show off at our student exhibition (Arangetram). It’s your time to shine, sell your stuff, and maybe even surprise yourself with how far you’ve come.
