I don't see fitness as a quick fix or some 90-day hack. For me, it's a long-haul thing - like taking care of yourself every single day. Jaise kehte hain, "Daulat nahin, shohrat nahin... bas do lafzon ki parwah chahiye" (Not after money or fame, just want some real care). That’s my vibe with fitness too - it’s about showing up for yourself, not chasing trends.

My Approach

  • Fitness is way more than just looks. How you feel, how you move, your focus - all that matters.
  • Mindset is everything. Motivation might get you started, but only sticking to sustainable fitness habits will take you anywhere.
  • I keep it real - some days suck, some days you feel on top. Celebrate both.

What I Offer

  • 1-on-1 coaching, always tailored. You set the goals, I plan the map.
  • For Bangalore folks, we can train in-person. Not in Bangalore? Online coaching works just as well.
  • I focus on functional strength training, calisthenics personal training, and mobility drills. No shortcuts, no fancy fads - just the basics done right.

What You Can Expect

  • A mix of weightlifting (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells), bodyweight work, and habit-building.
  • Injury prevention and mobility are non-negotiable - I want you to move well, not just look fit.
  • We build your routine around your life, not the other way round.

My Story

Hey, I’m Chiranjit - model, coach, Bangalore guy. Fashion gives me a voice, but fitness is my backbone. You’ll spot me at fashion weeks, but honestly, I find peace chilling in nature or at Kashi Vishwanath mandir. Har Har Mahadev! I don’t chase daulat or wah-wah - just want people to ask, ‘kaise ho?’ That’s real. I live simple, laugh a lot, love with my whole heart.
