I’ve always felt golf was more than a sport. It’s a spiritual trip, where tuning into your body makes all the difference. After years in regular gyms with that feeling of “sollppaaa beddaaa paaa” (just not for me, man), I finally found a way that clicked - and it changed my game.
This is not your usual gym grind. I combine golf swing biomechanics and functional strength for golfers with ancient Indian training. We use the Gada and Mugdar for powerful, rotational movements. The workouts happen barefoot, helping us get that solid grounded feeling in every swing.
