This isn’t your regular cardio session. I see group spin as a mashup of sweat, soul, and some real chaos - the good kind. Every pedal stroke is a little rebellion against whatever’s dragging you down. We lean into the discomfort, because that’s where the growth hides. It burns, legs shake, but trust me, you come back tougher.

The Scene: Dance, Lights, Madness

Picture a dark room, neon lights flickering, sometimes candles. The music isn’t background noise, it’s the heartbeat. Once the beat drops, it’s just you, the bike, and 45 minutes where nothing else matters. My instructors lead the pack, but we move as one - sometimes wild, always alive. We throw in choreography, lose our inhibitions and just go with it. If you’ve ever wanted a dance party on a cycle, yeh wahi jagah hai (this is that place).

Pick Your Ride, Find Your Crew

  • Classic rides: 45 minutes, pure indoor cycling group workout. Sprints, climbs, sweating buckets, pushing limits.
  • Intro rides: 30 minutes, easy start for anyone new. No pressure, just getting comfy and catching the rhythm.
  • Themed spin rides: Crazy playlists, Bollywood spin class (King Khan, anyone?), 90’s throwbacks, Diwali and Holi specials.
  • Duo instructor rides: Double the energy, double the madness.

My Story

We started Chakra Athletica 'cause we wanted more than just another gym. Some of us came from desk jobs, one of our crew spun through her whole pregnancy, another broke out of her shell in front of a crowd. We all bring our mess, our moods, into this dark room and just ride it out together. It's not about being perfect, it's about showing up and feeling everything – sweat, music, chaos, calm. You leave remembering who you are.

My Work

Spin Classes For Every Mood - We do Classic 45-min rides, Bollywood spin rides, DJ nights, choreo sessions, even Animal Flow and Yoga.

Full Body Party Workout - It's not just cycling – it's a full-body party workout with music, sweat, and a post-ride glow.

Beginner Friendly Vibes - First time or pro, you fit in. We set you up, coach you, and focus on progress not perfection.

Riding As A Crew - Low lights, loud beats, good energy. We ride together, cheer each other, and yep, we provide shoes and towels.

Level Up Your Ride - We teach you real technique, from sprints to form, so you earn those levels and build real grit.
