About

People ask, 'Running, running karte ho, kya hai isme?' (What's in it?). For me, it's more than exercise - running is my moving meditation. It's tough, sometimes your legs feel like giving up, but your mind gets stronger. I believe a fit body shapes a disciplined mind, and that's what I want to pass on.

What RTC is All About

I started Road to Trail Club because I wanted a running family, not just a group. We’ve got everyone - total newbies, marathon pros, and everyone in between. We keep it real, celebrate all wins, whether it’s your first 5k or an ultra finish.

How We Train

My style? Commando mindset. We train hard, but also have serious fun.

  • Consistent group runs: Mondays at Cubbon, Saturdays mandatory.
  • Workouts? From slow 6km jogs to speed intervals, we mix it up so you don’t get bored.
  • Focus on strength and HIIT for runners: Warm-ups, cool-downs, stair workouts, and circuits like jump squats, burpees, mountain climbers.

Race Ready & Trail Strong

If you’re aiming for a 10k, Tata Mumbai Marathon, or want to try trail running group Bangalore style, I plan your training. I love the trails - Nandi Hills, anyone? Hill runs build mental and physical strength.

Squad Life & Dogs

We’re a dog-friendly running club Bangalore style. Bring your pet, meet my furry gang. The vibe’s chilled, everyone’s welcome.

Where We Run

Mostly Cubbon Park (mera adda), Lalbagh for Sunday long runs, and Nandi Hills for the real grind.

My Story

Army brat, discipline in my bones, but Bengaluru’s Cubbon Park is home. Yahan main zyaada time spend karta hoon, running or chilling with my Cubbon Park Canines. Batman, Pedro, Brindle Bro – my furry gang. I run, volunteer, dedicate marathons to my dogs. Laila, my car, takes me on long drives. Sundays? 7km run, 90 mins badminton, 60 overs cricket. Endurance, fun, and Pitbull’s words – ‘every day above ground is a great day’.

Running & Fitness Coaching - I coach all levels at Road to Trail Club - marathon preparation plans, HIIT for runners, even ultra marathon coaching.

My Coaching Style - Main toh Cool coach hoon! Discipline, yes, but running should be fun. No tension, just enjoy every kilometer.

RTC Commandos Community - We’re a squad, not just runners. Running squad Bangalore, always motivating each other, rain or shine.

Holistic Training Approach - Strength training for runners, cross-training, HIIT workouts – burpees, mountain climbers, jump squats for power.
