I don’t just bake cakes, I treat each one like a canvas. Every design is personal, and I love making something that becomes the highlight of your celebration. Recognition as one of Bengaluru’s cake artists happened because I genuinely care about both look and taste.
Most of the time, I skip the heavy fondant and work with buttercream, whipped cream, or ganache. The edges stay sharp, the finish is super clean, and the flavors come through. If you want minimal fondant cakes that still look high-end, that’s what I do.
Got a wild idea? Doctor theme, your favorite TV show, or something totally offbeat - I’m game. I’ve done custom theme cakes up to 18 inches tall, with details like hand-painted cake designs or tiny sculpted elements. I get a kick out of the tough ones.
Plenty of classic options - chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, butterscotch, pineapple, and more. Eggless? No problem. Fillings include homemade fruit compotes, chocolate ganache, crunchy praline, and chocolate hazelnut with nuts.
I usually need 3 to 5 days for each cake so I can get all the details right.
