About

We started Brik Oven to do more than just serve food - we wanted to shake up how people in Bangalore hang out and eat. Our space is all about that chill, buzzing energy. You walk in, you see the open kitchen, you catch the wood fire going, and you just know you’re in for something real.

What We’re Known For

  • Sourdough pizza Bangalore style - 72-hour fermented dough, cooked at 400°C in our brick oven. It’s got that perfect charred crust. Not burnt, just full-on flavour.
  • We use San Marzano tomatoes for our sauce and top it off with ingredients we source fresh, mostly local.
  • You’ll see us making our own cheese - mozzarella, burrata, ricotta - fresh, right in-house.

More Than Pizza

  • We’ve got a breakfast deli Bangalore crowd loves. Our ciabatta and bagels are baked by us, and breakfast starts early (sometimes goes all day).
  • Salads here are proper meals, topped with our cheeses and whatever’s fresh from the market.
  • Don’t skip the small plates - Mamma’s Ricotta Bombs are a regular favourite.

  • Vegan cafe options? We’ve got a whole menu for that, from pizzas to cakes - even vegan cheesecake that surprises folks.

My Story

We’re Brik Oven, and honestly, we just want Bangalore to eat better pizza. Started with a dream and a real brick oven, not some fancy machine. Every morning, we make our own mozzarella, fresh thrice a day – you’ll taste that gooey melt. Sourdough crust? Tangy, light, we’re kinda obsessed. Our place has a buzz, chefs flipping pies, sometimes dogs chilling under tables. More than food, it’s about friends, fun, and good vibes. Come hang out, bring your gang or your furry buddy.
