Since 1995, I haven’t believed in flashy marketing. Our reputation has always come from doing the job well and letting guests talk about us. Ningal kettittundo, “Bosco kittiyal kazhichu nokku”? (Have you heard, “Try Bosco’s food if you get a chance”?) That’s all I want. Athu mathram mathi.

Events We Cater

I handle all types of events – from a cozy 30-person birthday to a 4,000-guest wedding. These are a few occasions I usually cater for:

• Weddings, engagements, and receptions (Kerala wedding catering services)
• Corporate dinners, company parties
• Baptisms, anniversaries, housewarmings
• First birthdays and other milestones
• Special celebrations like Onam Sadhya

Food & Experience

You’ll find everything from classic Kerala meals to custom menu for events. I love mixing it up with live food station catering like hot appams, BBQ, pasta, and even a Bosco Chayakada setup or a “90’s Muttayi Kada” for that nostalgia kick.

Presentation matters – sometimes it’s a lit-up buffet, sometimes it’s crates and dry ice for drama. My staff is always smart and friendly; service is tight from start to finish.

What Makes Us Different

I like to add a little surprise, whether it’s a fun kids’ menu or an extra dish you didn’t expect. It’s all about making your event memorable, and keeping you and your guests happy.
