About
I used to be all about climbing the corporate ladder, but honestly, that never brought real happiness. My guru showed me that real success is about staying peaceful and smiling even when things get tough, and actually making a difference in the lives around you. That’s what pushed us to start these teacher training courses - not just to make more yoga teachers, but to help you find purpose and stability, while giving back to society.
What We Offer
We’ve built our Yoga Teacher Training & Certification (TTC) to be more than a paper certificate. All our courses are Yoga Alliance accredited, and recognized by the AYUSH Ministry, so yeah, you can teach anywhere. The RYT200 yoga certification is where most start, and you can do it online or in-person. There’s flexibility, so you don’t need to turn your life upside down.
You’ll learn:
- Asana, Pranayama, Meditation (the core stuff)
- How to structure and lead real classes
- Practical teaching skills - not just theory
Finished the basics? Our advanced yoga teacher training (300-hour) goes much deeper - more philosophy, advanced postures, mentoring, all that.
Specialist tracks? Of course. Yoga therapy teacher certification, Aerial, Pranayama, Face Yoga, Kids Yoga, Kundalini, Yin - we keep adding more.

Yoga Therapy & Special Workshops - Yoga Therapy for back pain, Acro Yoga workshops, aerial yoga, weekend sessions, and nature retreats. We keep it practical.
Yoga for Everyone - Beginner or pro, weak shoulders or stiff back - we’ve got drills, props, and patient teachers to help you grow strong and peaceful.
Community Vibes - Our studios in Indiranagar and HSR Layout are more than classes. We celebrate, help out, and grow together.
