I make sure every workshop feels chill, not stiff. You’ll hear us bantering, sometimes in Hindi - “Aap log ko yeh kya lag raha hai? Globe hai?” (What does this look like? A globe?) - nobody gets judged here, so your team can actually relax and create. No perfect results needed - just happy accidents.
