I focus on helping you get ready for labor, especially if you want a shot at a natural birth. Sessions mix up stuff so it doesn’t get boring - think prenatal yoga for labor, light strength training, and breathing exercises. We target pelvic floor strengthening and work on your core and thighs so you feel stable, not wobbly. If you’re dealing with back pain, hip aches, or just feeling uncomfortable, I’ve got specific moves to help.
Your partner’s not just tagging along - I actually teach them how to help you in the birth room, like massage and counter-pressure tricks. It’s about making them your support, not just a bystander.
Postpartum isn’t all cuddles. I help you with diastasis recti recovery, rebuilding your core, and handling those rough days when your mood tanks. You can bring your baby to classes (no one minds a little crying here!). Everyone shares, supports, and no one judges.
