Karate is more than punches and kicks to me. It’s a discipline, a path to better health, and honestly, a whole lifestyle. We train hard but also laugh and shout joragi (loudly), celebrating wins big and small together.
Classes are strict - one count, one focus. Every session starts and ends with a respectful bow. You’ll hear me shout “Ichi, Ni, San…” as we drill, building focus and mental strength. I always say, nidhanakke kandro (slowly, dear), because basics matter.
Kids, adults, girls, boys – everyone fits in here. I run kids martial arts classes and adult batches, and treat all students like namma makkalu (our children).
We’re a real community. Birthdays, wins, or losses – we celebrate with music, share fruits after tough classes, and always remind each other, aarogyana kapadikolli (take care of your health). Progress is clear: karate belt exam process is official and structured, and students have medals from South India to London.
Discipline is always first, but there’s a lot of heart here too.
