For me, fitness is a full-time thing, not just a bunch of push-ups or cardio. I’m all about helping folks (especially kids) get strong for life, not just for a season. We’re not just a group sweating together - we’re a kind of family that cheers for each win, big or small.
I mix it up with martial arts fitness classes, gymnastics, and personal training. There’s no fixed formula here.
Every session starts with warm-ups, then we hit strength moves and end with stretching. I push people to go for “one more rep” - you’ll hear me shout “One more time, go!” whenever you think you’re done. Discipline is key, but I keep it supportive.
Sure, you’ll get fitter and stronger. But more than that, I’m here to help you grow inside out - build confidence, discipline, and focus. Like I always say, "hands hechu full hero thara bandu peace madodu vasi" (Better to show up full-on and make peace with strength). We train to be calm, not just tough.

Training Champions - Our karatekas compete at all levels, win medals, and make us proud. We push for everyone’s best.
