About

My fitness story? Not picture-perfect. Had knee surgery at the start of 2024 - literally had to restart from zero. That break taught me fitness is about celebrating small wins, not about looking a certain way. Movement is honestly my therapy, and I'm here to make it yours too.

What Happens in My Classes

It's less of a workout, more of a full-on Bollywood dance workout party. Expect loud music, lots of laughs, and zero judgment. We call ourselves the 'Zumba Family' for a reason - everyone cheers for everyone. Whether you can dance or not, you’ll fit in.

  • Beginner-friendly dance exercise routines (even if you think you have do pair left feet)
  • A mix of high-energy Bollywood, Punjabi, salsa, garba, and trending pop songs
  • You’ll sweat, but you’ll also leave lighter in the head - cardio dance for stress relief is real

Who Can Join?

Anyone. Seriously. Students, working folks, homemakers - doesn’t matter. If you're bored of the gym or just want to move, आ जाओ (come join).

Where and How

I run group classes in Bangalore and Mumbai, but also do virtual dance fitness sessions for folks who want to join from home. I even have free online dance workouts if you want to try them first.

Special Events

Want to spice up a corporate event or party? I bring Zumba party class vibes - from wellness sessions to flash mobs. Basically, if you want people moving and smiling, I’ve got you.

My Story

Hey, I’m Apuorva. My fitness journey? Not a straight line. I’ve gone from hiding myself in 2010 to finally feeling comfy in my own skin. Had a knee injury, major surgery for a fibroid last year—everything stopped. Zumba, powerlifting, all paused. Recovery’s tough, but breaking those mental walls is worth it. Life’s more than the gym, though—I’m a Pisimaa to my niece, love old Bollywood tunes, and just set up my own home in Bengaluru. Turning 30 feels good, honestly.

My Work

What I Offer - Zumba classes, strength and conditioning, beginner powerlifting, nutrition coaching, ad shoots, and modeling.

My Approach - Consistency beats perfection. I want you to show up, enjoy movement, and celebrate every win.

Training Vibes - I’m your hype person. Expect dance breaks during sets, and lots of cheering for personal records.

Recovery & Strength - Been through injuries and surgery myself, so I get the struggle. Safe, patient, and real support.

Joyful Fitness - National powerlifter, Zumba instructor, and Bollywood dance lover. Movement should make you happy.
