I offer these Hatha Vinyasa sessions for moms who've already gone through my postnatal yoga program. This is where we pick up the pace, build on your foundation, and move into what your body can now handle. If you’ve healed and want more, you’re right where you need to be.

Who This Is For

  • Not for brand new students
  • A space where you already know the basics and want to keep growing

What We Do Together

  • Hold poses to build real, functional strength (not just flexibility)
  • Explore advanced asanas, but always safely
  • Move with breath, so practice feels like a moving meditation
  • Blend Hatha and Vinyasa - you get the best of both
  • Focused on progression: every class pushes you a little further

Class Details

  • Live group sessions online (Zoom)
  • 8 classes a month, 45 min per session
  • Choose what fits: Morning (7:30 AM IST) or Evening (6:15 PM IST) batches, Tuesdays and Thursdays

My Story

Hi, I’m Aparna. Used to design buildings, now help women design their birth journeys. My own pregnancy flipped everything for me - contractions, fear, then boom, mindset shift. Yoga and Lamaze saved me, so I trained up and started sharing that magic. Over 2000 mamas later, still learning, still laughing with my daughter Bhadra. I’m not just a trainer, I’m a mom right in the thick of it with you.

Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Lamaze, Workshops - I teach mindful prenatal yoga, Lamaze birth classes, postpartum pelvic rehab, plus workshops like baby led weaning tips.
