I don’t do filters or fake promises. My approach to holistic online fitness & nutrition coaching is straight-up - I call out the BS, and focus on getting you real results. If you want to become the strongest, sharpest version of yourself, I’ll give you the roadmap. I’m not selling a one-size-fits-all workout or some diet that’ll leave you tired and stiff.

Training That Works

  • Functional movement coaching is my jam. We use whole-body, spine-friendly movements so you get power that actually helps you in the real world.
  • You’ll lift heavy, but also move with flow - kettlebells, primal patterns, bodyweight stuff.
  • I know what it’s like to come back from a spine injury, so if rehab or injury prevention is your goal, you’re in good hands.

Food Is Medicine

My Story

Alright, so here’s me. I’ve been up, down, all around. From chef life in Goa, stuffing myself with cheesecake and coke, to getting shredded through calisthenics and mma. Injury knocked me down, ayurveda picked me up. Now, I’m back lifting, eating meat and eggs, sleeping well, and riding my bike whenever I get a break. For me, fitness is head and heart, not just abs. Men see a good machine, men smile. Simple.

My Work

Online Fitness Coaching & Counselling - I help with fat loss, muscle building, weight gain - all online. Diet charts, high-protein recipes, and straight talk.
