I'm not your regular coach. I actually play at the national level, so everything I bring is from being out there under pressure, not just reading about it. If you show up to my sessions, be ready to work hard. No shortcuts, no sleepwalking. I’ll keep asking, “You sleeping or what?” because that’s how we get real results.

What We Do

  • Sessions feel like actual game play - not just random gym stuff.
  • Basketball-specific conditioning is at the core - we practice finishing through contact, fast breaks, real scenarios.
  • Explosive speed drills and footwork are a big part - you’ll be running, changing direction, reacting on the fly.
  • I’m big on movement quality because injuries are a pain. Every session starts with solid warm-ups and dynamic stretches. That’s my Animal Flow side coming in.
  • High-intensity endurance sessions mean you’ll be tired, but that’s what keeps you sharp till the last minute. Miss a session? Well, expect to run extra. Discipline matters.

My Story

Basketball’s been my world, not just a game – it’s family, sweat, late nights, and big wins with my crew at Bharath Sports Union. Played national, learned loads, now I coach. Got my NIS diploma, real grind that was. I want to pass on what this sport gave me – grit, character, and a bit of attitude. If you love basketball, I’ll help you find your strength, not just your shot.
