Movement and stillness are my way of coming home to myself, and I offer these wellness retreats and workshops to help others do the same. Out here, it isn’t about nailing the perfect yoga pose. It’s about tuning in, listening to your body, and letting the mind finally take a breather.

What Happens Here

  • Every retreat or one-day workshop is a break from city chaos, meant for anyone—no yoga experience needed, just a willing heart.
  • We mix mindful movement workshops, yoga, and free-form dance (ecstatic dance retreat vibes) with plenty of time for silence, journaling, and sharing.
  • Breathwork, kriyas, sound healing, and deep guided meditation help clear the mental clutter.
  • I love bringing people together in sharing circles and journaling sessions—real talk, no judgements, just honest connection.

What’s Unique

  • Sometimes these are women’s only gatherings, all about sisterhood wellness circles and feminine energy.
  • Other times, we blend yoga with the energy of the ocean or the grounding of farm life—think surf & yoga, or mud baths and earthy living.
  • Food is always wholesome, mostly satvic, vegetarian, and can be made vegan. We stay in places that feel like home—mud houses, forest cottages, or by the beach.

My Story

Started yoga and Bharatanatyam at 8, small-town roots, big gratitude for my teachers. My Ajji (grandma) is my north star, always moving, living close to the earth, no fancy words - just real living. I love caring for people, especially through massage - it’s how I connect, remind myself this body is a gift. I believe in exploring, but you gotta find your one thing to come home to.

My Work

Wellness retreats & women's events - I host soulful women's retreat, wellness getaways, and safe spaces for women to just be themselves.

Online yoga & mindful movement - I teach yoga classes and mindful movement sessions online, open to anyone wanting to slow down.

Somatic movement coaching - My somatic movement coaching is for folks feeling stuck, stressed, or needing to reconnect with their body.

What to expect - Think grounding practices, yoga nidra sessions, journaling, nature walks, and soulful chats. We move slow, we heal, we laugh.
