Why I Teach the Way I Do
Kids aren't just here to get marks and move on. I believe in Wabi-Sabi - there’s beauty in imperfection, and crossed-out answers in a notebook mean a child’s thinking, not failing. I’m not about constant nagging - beta, kya padha? (what did you study?) - because that's not real learning.
My Approach
- I give students space to figure things out, without making them feel rushed or watched all the time.
- Sessions are either one-on-one or small group, so nobody gets ignored or lost.
- My style is more about samjhna (understanding) the ‘why,’ not just memorizing the ‘what.’
- I use a lot of activities, quizzes, and discussions - even history and science can actually be fun.
- Both online and in-person classes, so you pick what fits your kid’s life.
