My Not-So-Linear Design Story
Never thought a political science nerd like me could end up as a UX designer at a big tech company, but here I am. Switching to design wasn’t smooth - lots of late nights, doubt, and figuring things out from scratch. Cracked NIFT with AIR 2, gold medal, all that - but honestly, it’s the journey and what I learned that matters most. Now, I want to help you carve your own path, even if you feel totally lost or out of place.

Hey, I’m Mallika from Kolkata. Political Science grad, but honestly, I’ve been doodling since I was tiny - art was always my thing. NIFT Delhi for my Master’s? Wild ride. Alone in a new city, super tough at first, but then I grew, made friends, and got that gold medal! Now I’m a UX designer by day, illustrator by night. Potterhead, GoT nerd, and big on true crime. Also, baking and sewing keep me sane. Destiny, I guess.
