Give your child the confidence to read independently. My phonics-based program transforms reading from a chore into a joyful, interactive adventure.

To unlock the power of reading, a strong foundation in phonics is essential. I use two proven, story-based methods, Jolly Phonics and Letterland, to make learning fun and effective for young children.

Wondering which phonics program is right for your child? Both Jolly Phonics and Letterland use multi-sensory, story-based approaches to build strong reading and spelling skills. My program incorporates the best of both to create fun, interactive, and engaging lessons.

My phonics program for early learners covers all the essential building blocks of reading. Your child will learn everything from letter recognition and sight words to sentence building and an introduction to reading comprehension through stories.

Parents often ask about the difference between Jolly Phonics and Letterland. In this video, I explain that both programs are excellent and use stories and actions to teach letter sounds. The end goal is the same: to have your child confidently blending words and reading stories by the end of Junior KG.

Many people think phonics is just about memorizing letter sounds, but that's a myth. The truth is, phonics is about understanding the connection between sounds and letters to build a foundation for reading and spelling. It's a core part of how I empower young learners.

Learning letter sounds and vocabulary becomes an exciting game with our interactive smart board. Here, I demonstrate how we use engaging activities to help children match letters to words, making the phonics journey fun and memorable.

It's amazing to see my 4-year-old Junior KG students reading sentences like pros from the smart board. This video captures the excitement in the classroom as they apply their phonics knowledge to read full sentences, a huge milestone for early learners.

Watch my Junior KG students as they confidently read full sentences like "a rat on a mat." This is the result of a structured phonics program that moves from individual sounds to blending words and finally to reading with understanding.

From knowing their ABCs to reading full sentences, the progress my Junior KG students make is incredible. This video showcases our young learners in our reading workshop, developing fluency and a love for books.

My reading program helps young children build confidence and a love for stories. Here you can see our little learners practicing reading aloud, describing what they see in the pictures, and forming their own sentences.

About Building Readers: Phonics & Early Years (Jr. KG - Gr 2)

I often see children struggling because they unconsciously translate from their mother tongue before speaking. In my classes, we break that habit. Through multi-sensory tools like our Smart Board games and the popular 'Chipchop' blending exercises, I help students learn to think in English so they can read with natural flow instead of relying on memorization.

Building a Foundation Beyond Rote Learning

Many parents assume that phonics is just about memorizing letter sounds. That is a myth. At Learner’s Hub, I treat phonics as the architecture of language. Whether your child is in Jr. KG or Grade 2, the goal is to stop 'translating' mentally and start responding intuitively.

My Teaching Methodology

I combine two proven approaches—Jolly Phonics and Letterland—to create a multi-sensory experience.

  • Story-Based Learning: We don't just drill letters; we use stories and actions that make sounds memorable.
  • Interactive Tech: I use in-class Smart Boards to keep engagement high, turning vocabulary building into a game rather than a task.
  • Hands-on Practice: From my 'Chipchop' paper games for blending tricky consonant sounds (like 'nd' or 'nk') to physical workbooks like I Can Spell and Write, every activity has a purpose.

Why Parents Choose My Program

We keep our batch sizes small, with only 8 to 12 students per session. This ensures that every child, whether they are following ICSE, CBSE, or IGCSE curricula, gets the individual attention they need to correct their pronunciation and build reading stamina.

We aren't just teaching them to read; we are building the confidence to express themselves. By the end of the program, you will see your child move from recognizing individual letters to confidently reading full sentences with comprehension. If you have questions about which batch is right for your child, or how we adapt our offline methods for our online students, feel free to reach out.

I'm Nisha Sanghavi, and at Learner's Hub, I see English as a life skill, not just a school subject. I believe that when a 4-year-old reads their first full sentence, they aren't just learning to spell—they’re building the confidence that will carry them through their entire academic journey.
