About Food & Beverage Photography
How I See Food & Beverage Photography
Photography for me is all about playing with light and shadow. I’m a data scientist by day, but behind the lens, I chase moods and memories, not just perfect pictures. My approach is both technical and creative - I sweat the details, but I’m also searching for the story behind every dish.
Bringing Your Food Story to Life
Food needs its own world. I don’t just snap a quick pic; I help style your dishes, pick props, and build a vibe that suits your brand. Together, we'll figure out what works - whether you want something bold for your menu, or a stream of fresh images for your Insta feed.
- I’ve shot for restaurants, bars, and big hotels like Double Tree by Hilton
- I do product shoots for packaged goods, spice boxes, beers, you name it
- Social media content? Sorted. We can do festive scenes, rustic flatlays, whatever fits
My Style & Techniques
Lighting is king. I love dark and moody food photos for burgers and cocktails, but I can switch it up to minimalist food photography if you want something clean and bright. Capturing pours, drizzles, splashes - those action shots for food make the images pop and feel real.
Cocktail beverage photography is a bit of an obsession - smoky whisky, fizzy mimosas, latte art - I try wild stuff like levitation shots too.
Details That Matter
Sometimes my shots are dramatic, sometimes they’re simple, but the goal is always to make people stop and feel something. Reality, imagination, both. That’s just how I see it.

My Story
Hey, I’m Kaushik. Data scientist by job, but honestly, photography is my real adda (hangout). I’m always dreaming, travelling, and sometimes lost between reality and imagination. That’s where my best shots come from - chasing light, shadow, and those in-between moments. Tried making a burger float once! I believe in constant practice, experiments, and capturing stories - from a moody coffee shop to raw spices scattered on a table.
