My Story

We’re Jagriti Theatre, born from Arundhati and Jagdish’s love for the stage. Bengaluru’s been our home since 1977, with Arundhati acting, directing, and even pulling off big Kannada theatre festivals. Our place isn’t just walls and seats – it’s a buzzing adda (hangout) for anyone who loves live stories. Legends, newbies, drama, musicals, all mix here. We’re here to connect people, cultures, and ideas, one show at a time.

My Work

Performance Arts Venue - We host live theatre, Qawwali nights, dance, and comedy in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Curated Productions - Our stage features contemporary plays, classics by Karnad and Lorca, and new-age hits like 'Animal Farm'.

Diverse Shows - Catch everything from intense English drama to musical Dastangoi and Hindi comedies.

Behind the Scenes Access - We share rehearsal clips, lighting checks, and crew interviews to show you the real theatre life.
