My Story
Hey, welcome to Flair Mania! Bartending wasn’t love at first sight for us, more like ‘koi no yokan’ - destiny calling, you know? We’re world record holders, won some big awards, but honestly, the best part is seeing our students catch the bug. We run workshops, judge competitions, travel all over - Goa beach one day, Ratnagiri the next. It’s not just work, it’s family. FMBA is home for bartenders. Learning, earning, living the passion.
