Standard 9m² Shell Scheme Booth
Hard Structure & Flooring
- Dimensions: 9 Sq. Meters (3m width x 3m depth).
- System: Aluminum Octonorm extrusion system with white laminated PVC partition panels (2.5m height).
- Flooring: Exhibition-grade needle-punch carpet (Grey or Blue) laid on venue floor.
- Signage: Top fascia board with company name in standard vinyl lettering (English, no logo).
Furniture & Electricals
- Lighting: 3 Spotlights (track mounted) focused on the back wall.
- Power: 1 Power socket (5 Amp / 220V, single phase) suitable for laptops only.
- Furniture: 1 Laminated information counter and 2 folding chairs.
- Utility: 1 Waste paper basket (emptied daily).
Soft Deliverables
- Access: 2 to 3 Exhibitor Badges for booth staff.
- Directory: Basic company listing in the digital show guide and app.
Raw Exhibition Space Rental
Space Specifications
- Type: Bare floor space only. No walls, carpet, or electrical fittings provided.
- Marking: Area marked on concrete floor with masking tape/chalk.
- Height: Permitted construction height up to 3.5m - 4.0m (subject to approval).
Administrative Inclusions
- Passes: Contractor badges allocated for setup and teardown days.
- Approvals: Safety audit processing of booth design layout.
Critical Exclusions
- Electricity: Main line connection is not included (billed separately per KW load).
- Waste: Construction debris removal fees are charged extra.
- Fabrication: Exhibitor must hire external contractors for flooring, furniture, and structure.

My Story
We started Smart Home Expo wanting more than a typical trade show, yaar. Each year, it’s grown - last time, 14,000+ folks and 450 brands! But it’s not just about numbers. The real fun is in the live demos, the random chats in the corridors, and those panel talks. When a big leader calls our crowd 'vibrant', feels good. We’re Indian at heart – wishing everyone Swatantrata Divas ki haardik shubhkamnaayein! (Happy Independence Day!). Seventh edition coming up, but our goal stays: connect everyone shaping smart living in India.
