Domestic Digital Detox Weekend (Rishikesh/Auroville)
Logistics & Accommodation
- Stay: 2 Nights in a curated boutique property (3 to 4-star equivalent) on a twin-sharing basis.
- Transport: Round-trip inter-city transfers (e.g., Delhi to Rishikesh) and local transfers via AC Tempo Traveller.
- Meals: Full board or Half board plan (typically 4 to 5 meals) featuring Satvik or Pahadi vegetarian cuisine.
Detox Protocol & Wellness
- Phone Policy: Mandatory surrender of smartphones for 24 to 48 hours with secure storage provided.
- Guided Sessions: Daily Hatha/Vinyasa yoga, sound healing with Tibetan bowls, and silent meditation sessions.
- Support: Dedicated trip captain to manage logistics and group activities.
Adventure & Activities
- Rishikesh Route: Includes 16km river rafting, Ganga Aarti, and sunrise hikes to waterfalls.
- Auroville Route: Includes cycling tours through jungle trails, pottery workshops, and Matrimandir viewing point visits.
- Community: Structured ice-breaking sessions and sharing circles.

Accommodation & Logistics
- Stay: 5 Nights in 4-star resorts or private villas (Double occupancy). Split typically includes 3 nights in cultural centers and 2 nights in coastal areas.
- Transport: Airport pickup/drop and internal sightseeing via private AC mini-buses.
- Exclusions: Does not include international flight tickets or visa fees.

- Meals: 10 total meals included (Daily buffet breakfast and hosted community dinners). Lunches are self-sponsored.

Why I Do This
I get it - office ka stress, endless scrolling, and that feeling of being stuck. Sometimes, it feels like safar karne ki umar mein suffer kar rahe hain (in the age of traveling, you are suffering). My retreats are for anyone who wants to hit pause, not just take another Insta-worthy trip.
What Makes Us Different
Forget rushing from one spot to another. I call these escapes 'pauses' - a chance to swap your desk for a river view, and deadlines for sunrise hikes. It's all about slow travel escapes and actually feeling the places you visit. You’ll get a full mind, body, and soul reset.
The No-Phone Rule
Most of my retreats are 'No-Phone' zones. I’m not here to torture you, just want you to stop being a phonepaglu (phone-crazy person) for a bit. Trust me, after a day, you won’t even miss your phone. Real conversations, real connections, and you’ll notice the world around you again.
