Classic Premium Buffet & Live Stations
Welcome & Starters
- Beverages: 3-4 varieties of fresh fruit mocktails and juices served on trays.
- Appetizers: 6-8 varieties of vegetarian starters mixing Modern Indian (Paneer Tikka) and Pan-Asian (Spring Rolls).
- Service: Unlimited starter rotation for 90 minutes.
Live Culinary Stations
- Pasta Station: Penne and Fusilli tossed in Red/White sauce with English vegetables.
- Chaat Bazaar: Hygienic preparation of Pani Puri (mineral water), Sev Puri, and Dahi Bhalla.
- Grills: Fresh vegetables and paneer grilled live on Tava.
Grand Main Course
- Curries: Rich Paneer gravies (Lababdar/Butter Masala) and seasonal vegetable preparations.

Hey, I’m Dewang, running Beyond Celebrations, started by my dad Rajesh Lakhani. He taught me catering isn’t just food - it’s the whole vibe, mixing taste, decor, and memories. We’re a gang of food lovers, chefs, and hosts, always chasing that moment when folks dig in and smile. Making every event more than just a party, that’s our jam. Legacy?
