White Label Essential AV
Audio-Visual Core
- Sound System: Premium 4-point sound reinforcement system (d&b audiotechnik, L-Acoustics, or Martin Audio) suitable for up to 250 guests. Includes active subwoofer support.
- DJ Booth: Custom 'White Label' console booth. Sleek, minimalist high-gloss white or black finish to hide wiring.
- Microphones: Industry-standard wireless handheld microphones (Shure/Sennheiser) for speeches.
Lighting & Atmosphere
- Intelligent Moving Heads: 8-12 high-end moving light fixtures mounted on plinths (totems) for spotlighting and beam effects.
- Room Ambiance: LED uplighters placed strategically around the venue perimeter to color-wash walls in theme colors.
- Haze Effects: Professional water-based hazer to enhance light beams without thick smoke.

- Crew: Dedicated Sound Engineer and Lighting Operator to manage levels and aesthetics.

- Live VJ: Dedicated Video Jockey mixing live visuals, custom monograms, and thematic motion loops synced to music.
Concert Audio
- Line Array System: Suspended (flown) audio system ensuring even coverage for 300-800 pax.
- Subwoofer Array: Cardioid sub-bass setup for powerful dancefloor bass while keeping dinner tables quieter.
- Live Band Support: Inputs and monitoring capable of supporting live acts (Dhol, Saxophone, Percussion) alongside the DJ.
Dynamic Lighting
- Show Lighting: 24+ Intelligent fixtures (Beams, Spots, Washes) mounted on truss structures.
- Effects: Audience blinders, strobe effects, and time-coded light shows by a senior Lighting Designer.
Stage Fabrication
- Styling: Custom branded or LED-clad DJ riser and CO2 Cryo jets (fog blasts) for key moments.

- Custom Fabrication: Stage and set built from scratch, including circular/oval stages and multi-tiered platforms.

Architectural Lighting
- Venue Transformation: Massive rig with 50-100+ fixtures. Includes pin-spotting for guest table centerpieces and texture projection (Gobos) on walls.
- Overhead Installations: Flown trussing systems featuring kinetic lights, chandeliers, or suspended centerpieces.
Advanced Visuals
- Immersive Video: Curved screens, ceiling LED panels, or projection mapping onto venue architecture.

For me, event production is about catching your vibe and making it real. I don’t just throw up some lights and call it a day. Whether it’s a posh London museum or a sandy Bali beach, the goal is to take whatever wild idea you’ve got and turn it into that “how did they even do this?” moment. I’ve had folks say I “made my vision come true”—that’s what I’m chasing.
What I Bring
- Custom Stage Design: No cookie-cutter setups here. I can build anything from festival-style sangeet stages to wild circular platforms. This is where the party starts.
- Bespoke Lighting Solutions: Lighting that tells a story. Dramatic, moody, or cool and clean - whatever fits your theme. If you want an all-white party with blue lighting, or an orb centrepiece hanging above the dance floor, I’m on it.
- Sound & Visuals: Flown speakers for clean, thumping audio. LED screens and custom visuals—think your monogram or trippy video walls that pull people in.
- Details: Custom dance floors, bars, cake tables, even printed table edges. If you can imagine it, I’ll find a way.
