This is the first thing you see, a collection that captures the heart of what I do. It’s a taste of our Coorg estate, our family traditions, and the fresh, handmade products I am so proud to share with you.
From Our Coorg Estate
Take a look at the land where our ingredients are born. These images and videos show our family estates in Coorg, from the sprouting coconuts and wild mushrooms to the fiery chillies that grow amidst the coffee and pepper plants.
Estate-Sourced Oils & Honey
This is where you'll find our pantry staples, made the old-fashioned way. My cold-pressed coconut oil is made from our own chemical-free coconuts, and our small-batch honey is harvested from bees that forage on coffee blossoms.
Handcrafted Spreads, Pickles & Preserves
I love creating unique flavors in a jar, from savory spreads to tangy pickles. This collection includes my creamy oyster mushroom paté and rich, rosemary and garlic flavored pork lard, all handmade in small batches.
Authentic Kodava Specialties
These are the flavors of my Kodava heritage, made using recipes passed down through generations. This collection features seasonal and slow-cooked dishes like Baimbalé Kanni (bamboo shoot curry) and Mudaré Kanni (horsegram sauce).
For the Love of Pork
Pork is central to Kodava cuisine, and this collection is my tribute to it. Here you will find our special occasion Karthakaad ham, rich pork lard, and dishes like Pork Ularthiyathu, all made with the best ingredients and a lot of care.
Our Story & Recognition
This is a little behind the scenes look at my journey, from sharing our story with students to being recognized by industry experts. It also shows the cultural traditions, like the Kailpod festival, that inspire my cooking.
