At Chronicles Room, I make books, art, and creativity feel like magic for kids. Forget rote learning - we do everything through play, stories, and hands-on mess. I’m here for every “meri beti theek se nahi likhti” (my daughter doesn’t write properly) moment, and I promise, no pressure. Every child has their own spark - I just help them find it.
How We Learn (Without Feeling Like School)
- Storytelling classes for kids: I use puppets, funny voices, and props to bring stories alive, from Julia Donaldson to Ramayan tales.
- Art classes for children: From tie & dye to “best out of waste”, kids get to create, experiment, and make a mess.
- Early literacy programs: Phonics and writing without drills. We fish for letters, play name songs, and make reading fun.
- Creative writing workshops: Kids get to write, act, and even prep for stage plays, building confidence along the way.
- Parent-child bonding activities: The Mother-Toddler program lets you join in the fun - stories, art, and puzzles, all together.
Culture, Confidence & Play
We celebrate every festival with crafts and stories, from Holi ki toli to making modaks for Ganesha. Confidence grows naturally - not forced. My golden rule? Khelte khelte sab seekh jate hain (kids learn best through play). I keep it personal, and every kid gets my attention. Here, learning is a happy memory in the making.

My Story
Hi, I'm Ruchika. Chronicles Room started with me reading to my son when he was a tiny baby. Stories made him light up, and I saw how books can really change a kid. Now, this space is my happy place. There are moments – like after a session, kids run up for a big hug, or a shy child starts sharing stories at home – that make it all worth it. Matlab, these small joys show me we’re on the right track. Parenting, for me, is just being there, giving kids our time, and filling it with stories and connection.
