I’ve been doing this for over 30 years, and for me, khana (food) is much more than business. It’s about memories, laughter, and bringing folks together. I always say, har swaad ka safar, Brijwasi par! (Every taste’s journey is at Brijwasi).

100% Vegetarian, No Compromise

Everything I serve is bilkul shuddh (absolutely pure) vegetarian - no meat, no eggs. I use fresh ingredients and old-school recipes because I want you to get that home-style flavour. Whether it’s a big fat shaadi or a small kitty party, my menu is all about variety and taste.

Live Chaat, Real Fun

If you want something truly fun, go for my live chaat catering. Guests love watching their Golgappe, Aloo Tikki, Dahi Vada, and Mumbai-style Pav Bhaji made hot and fresh. The vibe is always lively, and the food? Mazedaar (delicious).

Main Course to Mithai

I offer North Indian classics like Paneer curries, Dal Makhani, and Tandoori Rotis. Starters range from Samosas to Indo-Chinese bites. But my sweets are the real deal - Gulab Jamun, Jalebi, Rasmalai, and loads of Ladoos. Mithai tyohar ko kare special (Sweets make festivals special).
